Upload a logo / banner that spans the full width of the sidebar. Recommended size: 760 × 200 px (3.8:1 wide aspect, transparent PNG or JPG). The image stretches edge-to-edge — center the visual so nothing important sits in the bottom 10% (covered by a 1px border).

🎞️ Welcome hero carousel
Upload 3-10 hero photos — the app picks one at random each time it's opened. Members see a fresh vibe every session. Upload separate desktop + mobile versions for best fit.

• Mobile: 1290 × 2796 px (portrait, ~9:19.5)
• Desktop: 1920 × 1080 px (landscape, 16:9)
• Formats: PNG or JPG. 3-10 photos per pool is the sweet spot.
• Rotation: one random photo shown per app session. Reopen the app to get another.
🌅 Single welcome image (legacy)
The old single-photo mode. If the carousel pool is empty, THIS image shows instead. Leave empty if you're using the carousel.

• Desktop: photo fills the area between left + right sidebars (cover mode — crops slightly if aspect mismatches, no grey sides).
• Safe zone: keep titles and logos in the middle 80% of the canvas.
💡 Tip: when no welcome image is set, the dashboard with cards shows up instead.
🚧 Feature flags
Control which features are visible to members. Use Beta while a feature is still being built — only admins see it. Flip Enabled when it's ready for everyone. Use Roles to roll out gradually to a test cohort. Click Save & apply to push changes and refresh visible views.

Currency
Choose the currency shown across the app — for European, US or UAE markets.
Subscription plans
Automatically generates pending invoices for everyone with a paid plan. Won't duplicate if already issued for this month.
Credit packs (per-training)
Members can buy these packs to sign up for individual trainings without a full subscription.
Trainings calendar
Plan trainings, set credit cost and capacity. Members sign up using credits.
Issue invoice
Create an invoice for any user — they receive a notification.
Members
Create challenges (e.g. "30-day plank") and assign to members. They'll see them in their diary and can join with one click.
Editable gamification badges per role. Auto-unlock when a swimmer hits the threshold (training count, distance, PBs, streak, days as member).
Define default goals for each role. When you open a swimmer's profile, click "Apply role defaults" to instantly create all their templated goals — then customize each one (target time, training count) for that specific swimmer.
